Terms of Service

Evolnux ("Evolnux", "we", "us") is a technology agency based in Jagraon, Punjab, India, offering custom software development, website development, AI-based SaaS, CRM and business systems, social media handling, cloud/DevOps support, the ColdTrack product, and coding training programs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of evolnux.com (the "Site") and the services we deliver.

By browsing the Site, submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or engaging us for a project or training batch, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.

Project scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for software, website, SaaS, CRM, social media or ColdTrack engagements are agreed separately in writing (over call, email or a proposal) before work begins — nothing on this Site is itself a binding quote or offer. We aim to be upfront if something is outside what we can deliver well.

Enrolment in our 3-month or 6-month training programs, batch timings, fees, refund and rescheduling terms are confirmed directly with you before you join a batch. Course content, live-project availability and instructor assignments may be adjusted between batches to keep the curriculum current — we'll flag any material change that affects an enrolled batch.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, the Site's content, branding and the ColdTrack product remain the property of Evolnux. Custom work we build for a client is licensed or assigned per that project's written agreement.

Please don't use the Site to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with its operation, or submit the contact form with false or malicious content.

The Site links out to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their content or terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Evolnux isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. This doesn't affect the specific liability terms agreed in a project or enrolment contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect how the business or Site works. The version published here is the one in effect — please check back occasionally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Punjab, India.
